Position Summary
As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Customer Solutions and Distribution Centre Operations plays a pivotal role in providing strategic direction, operational expertise, and leadership to our Customer Solutions and Distribution Centre teams. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and support the growth of all KTI business units with a strong customer-centric focus.
In leading this team, you are responsible for overseeing all facets of order execution, including order management, procurement, vendor engagement, inventory control, quality management and logistics. Central to this role is the ability to grasp changing business requirements and implement enhanced processes and efficiencies. Building and developing a high performing team through leadership, coaching and mentorship is critical for success.
This role demands a strong understanding of ERP solutions and will be a champion for technological solutions to enhance business efficiencies, improve inventory controls, and enhance traceability.
