Role Summary:
As GM of MOVE, you will be the day-to-day leader of the business, responsible for all aspects of the gym’s growth, operations, and experience. You will lead a motivated, best-in-class staff that empowers our members to be the best, strongest, and most confident versions of themselves. You will ensure that every new and existing client that walks through our doors feels seen, appreciated, and supported. You will be a leader within the community, developing key partnerships and driving growth so that our doors stay full of new faces that cannot wait to experience MOVE. You will take the lead on creating engaging social media/digital marketing content to promote our brand. Most importantly, you embody our mission each and every day,
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the sales pipeline to surpass KPI metric targets for both growth and customer retention.
- Adapt the club's strategy, plans, and actions to consistently make progress and achieve results in terms of club performance.
- Ensure operational excellence by overseeing and continuously seeking ways to improve our standards.
- Take the lead in communicating with the team and members through various channels, including in-person interactions, email, and social media.
- Execute and contribute to the development of our marketing and social media plan, encompassing Instagram, Facebook, email campaigns, online initiatives, community events, and collaborative partnerships.
- Build and nurture a team of coaches and member experience leads by attracting, hiring, developing and coaching individuals who align with our culture and will contribute to the excellence of our team and member experience
-Head coach to lead programming for small group training and personal training, coaching a base number of classes and personal training session per week.
-Drive programs for loyalty and referral achieving monthly targets
-Overall management of all aspects of fitness club driving profitability
-Improve all club operations, systems and process
