We're currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join Monzo Burger! Inspired by the 1980s Paninaro subculture in Milan, Italy, which is characterized by a fascination with American fast-food culture and European designer fashion, our concept embodies the spirit of that era - fast, fun, and bold! Just like the Paninaros, we're all about pushing the envelope and delivering something fresh and exciting.
You have:
- Experience in a similar role (Lead Cook, Chef de Partie, etc.)
- Ability to run a line and execute service in a timely manner
- Experience managing team members
- Ability to maintain excellence and consistency in quality
- Superior organization skills, attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to adhere to company standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work later evenings and weekends
- Evening closing availability required
