As a member of Banter Room, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour. - Provide knowledgeable and attentive service, guiding guests through our menu of crafted cocktails and food offerings. 
• Collaborate with our bar and kitchen team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. 
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment throughout the restaurant. 
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism 
• Uphold Banter Room's standards of excellence in all interactions and tasks. 
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all details are meticulously executed. 
• Continuously expand your knowledge of our menu offerings, including seasonal and signature cocktails. 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-paced bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred. 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality. 
• Knowledge of wine, cocktail preparation, and an interest in mixology is a plus. 
• Serving It Right certification or equivalent is required.
