Departing from tradition, Concept X harmonizes culinary artistry with sophisticated craft cocktails. It's a bold evolution in dining, where each dish is an invitation to a gastronomic revolution into Asian cuisine with a main focus on Vietnamese flavors.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 3+ year of study or work experience in a kitchen
• Proactive and self-motivated team player
• Passion for food and cooking with a hard working team
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Practices self-awareness, communication, building relationships
• Experience with creating and working with systems to increase efficiency (i.e. prep lists, par lists, sanitation plans, recycling etc.)
• High standard of professionalism and attention to detail
• Alignment with Anh and Chi’s family values and team culture
WAGE / PAY:
- $22-25+ per hour PLUS cash tips (based on experience and performance)
