FestiLight Decor Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager with a strong focus on sales. This role is essential in driving our sales efforts, managing our installation team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales and Achieve Targets: Lead sales efforts, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets, and fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Lead and Mentor Installers: Guide installers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage Installation Team: Direct lead installers to accomplish goals and maintain high standards of performance.
- Ensure Quality Execution: Guarantee high-quality project execution and promptly address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Staffing Management: Oversee staffing tasks in collaboration with HR, including recruitment, training, and scheduling to optimize team performance.
- Maintain Records and Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks efficiently to support operations.
- Build Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and promote repeat business.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure work environment, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage Company Property: Maintain company property and uphold professional standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Demonstrate Professionalism: Wear designated uniform, demonstrate punctuality, and readiness to work, representing the company positively.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Adaptability to work in various settings and contribute innovative ideas.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role specifically with sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience working with boom lifts and bucket trucks an asset, not required

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 ($65,000 to $75,000 base plus performance based incentives and bonus)
Work Location: Richmond - In person
