We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative.
Customer Service Representative
Dex Clothing, a leading fashion company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience in the fashion industry to join our growing team, reporting to the Vice President of Boutique Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Act as liaison for boutique customers and our sales team
· Process new orders, repeats, returns, and damages
· Answer product or warranty inquiries
· Direct sales leads to appropriate member of sales team
· Promote and sell products and services
· Explain promotional offers
· Maintain client database
· Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
· Assist with reception responsibilities when required
QUALIFICATIONS:
· One (1) or more years of experience in a similar role with women’s apparel
· Ability to establish priorities, multi-task and work with demanding deadlines
· Great knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
· Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
· Visual 2000 & NU ORDER an asset
