Reyna Hospitality is looking for a Service Manager for Bar Reyna Yorkville. Our vibe is fun, friendly and eclectic, but above all we want our guests to leave planning their next visit. We take pride in creating a unique dining experience from the lighting and music to the people cooking and serving our food. We host intricate events and put emphasis on attention to detail in everything Reyna does. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, cocktails, and high service standards, with expertise in creating memorable guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, delegate and remain calm under pressure
- Previous FOH management experience in a refined restaurant environment
- Past server experience of at least 2 years
- Ability to create, lead and foster a positive, hardworking team
Job Description:
- Ensure service team is upholding Reyna standards of service at all times
- Build strong relationships with clients in order to secure repeat business
- Preform training of all new staff
- Submit weekly schedules for the service team in line with business needs
- Execute weekly tip out
- Manage FOH labour to ensure efficient costs
- Completing accurate monthly inventory counts
