We’re hiring a Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team in Port Moody. The One-Sixty is a Port Moody restaurant and bar with a focus on wine and small plates dining. We’re looking for a seasoned Sous Chef with attention to detail and costs; a skilled cook and trainer with a passion to deliver high quality food.
Your responsibilities will include:
Working to maintain and enhance the vision of the One-Sixty.
Leading a small and dedicated line staff during service.
Assisting in the management and control of food and labour costs.
Experience required:
Minimum 3 years in a similar environment.
