The primary objective of the Executive Assistant to the CEO is to manage and optimize the CEO's time, enabling him to focus on strategic initiatives and core business activities.
Responsibilities:
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, slack, and other communications.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Assist with personal tasks and errands to support the CEO's work-life balance.
Ensure all necessary materials are prepared and available before meetings.
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects as directed by the CEO.
Conduct research and provide analysis on various topics as requested by the CEO.
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ensure all information is secure and privacy is maintained.
Prioritize tasks and manage the CEO's time efficiently.
Identify and eliminate time-wasters to optimize productivity.
Address and resolve issues that arise in the CEO's schedule or projects.
Proactively identify potential problems and develop solutions.
Coordinate and communicate with other members of the executive team.
