Job Summary:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager will lead the Marketing Function at Buchner Manufacturing. The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving strategic marketing plans designed to build the funnel and achieve sales goals by developing long-term customer relationships. The Marketing Manager will manage a creative, integrated, multi-channel marketing plan that leverages digital and traditional marketing to drive the brand and close sales to existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- As a member of the senior leadership team, the Marketing Manager will take responsibility for developing and executing an annual marketing plan, including goals, strategies, research, campaigns, budget, etc.
- Spearhead lead generation through marketing communications across various mediums, including digital, social, website, paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, PR, events, email, etc.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Regional Manager to develop marketing strategies that engage target audiences and drive sales.
- Understand and analyze marketing KPIs, develop dashboards, and report on results to the management team and other stakeholders. Continuously refine marketing tactics based on metric analysis.
- Develop and optimize our lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Manage the development of marketing and promotional materials such as product brochures and sample kits
- Maintain BMI brand standards internally and externally.
- Execute integrated online/offline campaigns, search engine marketing, advertising, public relations, tradeshows and other campaigns to cultivate demand.
- You will mentor and coach the marketing team, offering expertise and guidance while promoting a continuous improvement and learning environment.
Required Competencies/ Experience:
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with natural leadership abilities
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience
- Comfortable using CRM software, Salesforce preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, curious and determined to succeed
- Creative, logical, and analytical. Willing to try new approaches and to constantly innovate
Preferred Experience (but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in the building/construction industry
- Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using Marketing Automation Tools, especially Pardot
Salary: $70,000-90,000
Work Location: Hybrid working 2-3 days in our Newmarket office.
