Mid to Senior Level - Interior Design Architect.
Collaborative Search is presently working with a firm in Toronto who are a national planning, architecture and interior design firm seeking an experienced mid to senior-level architect to be a key part their success.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate client, team, and project coordination, overseeing comprehensive documentation.
Maintain project manuals and specifications.
Offer technical insights and innovative solutions to address intricate technical and design hurdles.
Work throughout all phases of the project life cycle.
Must have strong design and detailing skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements include experience in preparing comprehensive interior design packages including interior architectural detailing, construction documents and FFE selection and specification.
Should be a self-motivated team player with excellent design and production skills.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of professional experience.
Professional degree in interior design, architecture, or comparable field.
Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Sketup and Photoshop is required.
Must have strong PA and PM skills.
Experience across University, Multifamily housing, and K-12.
Ability to work independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment across multiple offices.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills.
