Do you understand the nuances of selling complex workforce solutions to businesses in Québec?


We're helping a Canadian staffing agency find an experienced salesperson to join its strategic accounts team. The team helps mid-market and enterprise businesses hire contingent and permanent workers from coast to coast. We're looking for a bilingual salesperson to sell high-volume staffing programs and contingent workforce solutions to employers throughout Québec.


As part of a national team of experienced industry professionals, you'll build on existing local and regional relationships as well as open new doors. You'll need to understand the unique business environment in Québec to be able to set and execute a strategic sales plan for the province.


You'll collaborate with the regional leadership and sales teams in Montréal to sell tailored staffing solutions to the Québec market. Between a national brand name, sales infrastructure, and local expertise, you'll be able to target the largest employers in the province. My client has a dedicated strategic account management and bilingual delivery teams so your accounts will be in good hands. And you'll be free to focus on signing new business and earning more money.


You'll need at least a couple of years' previous experience selling temporary and permanent staffing solutions to large employers in Québec. You should be comfortable with complex sales cycles and bidding processes but you'll have access to bids and admin teams to back you up as needed. You'll be supported by the national and Québec sales leadership teams, too - everyone in the sales team works hands-on with clients from top to bottom.


My client is offering a base salary of up to $110,000 plus commission (first year OTE: $150,000+). You'll receive a comprehensive total package including extended health benefits and RRSP matching. You'll need to be based in Québec but you'll be free to work from home full-time - you'll have access to meeting and office space any time you need it. You'll need to be professionally bilingual (French & English) as you'll deal with clients and stakeholders from across the country.

Vous avez besoin d'au moins quelques années d'expérience dans la vente de solutions de recruitment temporaires et permanentes à de grands employeurs au Québec. Vous devez être à l'aise avec des cycles de vente complexes et des processus d'appel d'offres, mais vous aurez accès à des équipes d'appels d'offres et d'administration pour vous soutenir au besoin. Vous serez également soutenu par les équipes de direction des ventes nationales et du Québec.
