Our longstanding client in the Mississauga area is looking for a Bilingual Call Centre Representatives to join their team. The successful candidate must speak English and French.
This is currently a fully remote opportunity. You must be located within the GTA/surrounding areas
Training hours: 8:30am-5pm
Schedule once training is completed: 11:30am-8:00pm
Hourly Pay Rate: $24.00
Contract to start, with potential to be taken onto client payroll
Duties and Responsibilities
• Respond to inquiries from plan participants using plan specific information in a PC Windows environment
• Write up telephone call records where appropriate, addressing the content of plan participant
• Establish cases for benefit administrators review of more complex participant questions or refer questions to appropriate team representative
• Request plan materials be sent to participants
Qualifications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a particular emphasis on articulation and grammar
• Bilingual English, French oral and written
• Must have at least 2 years of Call Centre experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Work experience in a service oriented environment
• Ability to interact with peers and plan participants
• Organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to remain poised, patient, empathetic, tactful and composed while handling plan participants
• Listening skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Judgment and decision making skills
• Working knowledge of pension and investment plans is an asset
