As the Corporate Website Manager, you will oversee the operations, maintenance, and SEO of all regional audience websites. Your role involves enhancing website functionality, managing performance, and ensuring up-to-date, engaging content.
Collaboration with marketing teams is crucial to create an online environment that educates, generates demand, and upholds our client's brand. Top candidates will excel in issue troubleshooting and data-driven website optimization for conversion, user experience, SEO, speed, and accessibility.
Additionally, you will spearhead the SEO strategy in collaboration with an agency, focusing on organic web presence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to maintain current and engaging content on corporate websites.
- Manage projects aimed at enhancing customer experience on the website, from conceptualization to deployment and refinement.
- Lead website redesign projects, collaborating with external agencies as needed.
- Conduct web analytics and provide actionable insights to drive ongoing improvements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging web technologies, and competitor websites.
- Develop and execute the paid campaign landing page strategy for lead generation.
- Identify opportunities for improving the customer journey to drive new customer growth and retention.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform website enhancements.
- Lead and execute the SEO strategy in collaboration with an agency to optimize search engine performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a website manager.
- Experience managing multiple complex websites and website redesign projects.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency in WordPress web development and Google Analytics.
- Experience with a mobile-first approach, UX design, and usability principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with proven experience in competitive SEO strategies.
- Hands-on experience in technical and on-page SEO implementations.
