Join our dynamic team as a salary manager at Belmont. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our front-of-house operations. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
- Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and other operational expenses, to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain food quality and consistency.
- Implement and enforce health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
