We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Kitchen Manager/Culture Leader to lead our kitchen team at a high-volume, casual, upscale Italian restaurant in the vibrant Mount Pleasant neighbourhood of Vancouver. With 140 seats, our restaurant provides an exceptional dining experience, focusing on authentic Italian cuisine prepared with the finest ingredients.

Responsibilities:
○ Take charge and lead by example.
○ Stock Management and Inventory
○ Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes according to our recipes and specifications.
○ Prepare a weekly schedule for the BOH team
○ Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
○ Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
○ Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
○ Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
○ Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
○ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
○ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
