Lead the preparation of annual operating budgets, financial business plans and forecasts.
Monitor variances to plan and determine actions needed
Contribute to improved decision making by identifying trends and conducting financial analyses of the organization’s various operations.
Prepare cash flow analysis and make recommendations regarding cash management
Assist with the preparation of annual audited financial statements and liaise with external auditors
Assist with pension plan management including plan administration and preparation of annual audited pension plan financial statements
Assist with ad hoc audits as may be required from time to time by any of our funders
Monitor internal financial controls and processes to ensure full protection of the organization’s assets
Participate in the preparation of Ad hoc Analysis as needed
Partner with client services and other support areas to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
About You
CPA with minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A experience
Strong hands-on accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP.
Drives a culture of exceptional customer service
Superior Excel skills and strong aptitude for systems.
Proven ability to “roll up sleeves” while maintaining a “big picture” perspective.
Calm and confident manager who demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
