En tant que directeur des ventes, vous aurez la responsabilité de diriger et de soutenir notre équipe hautement motivée de représentants des ventes pharmaceutiques dans la promotion des produits auprès des médecins de famille et des pharmaciens.

Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devrez :

Utiliser la vente basée sur des preuves pour stimuler les ventes et fournir des informations à jour sur les produits

Vous fournirez des conseils et des commentaires sur les compétences de vente, la connaissance des produits et la gestion du territoire.

Vous communiquerez régulièrement à la direction l'état du développement des compétences, de l'activité et des performances commerciales de votre équipe.

Mettez en œuvre un plan stratégique pour votre territoire qui intègre des objectifs de portée et de fréquence.

Participer activement aux réunions d'équipe et partager de manière proactive les meilleures pratiques et les informations sur le terrain

Effectuer toutes les tâches administratives, y compris les rapports d'appels et les rapports de dépenses dans les délais impartis.

Atteignez (et dépassez !) vos objectifs de vente et vos KPI

Suivre les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, y compris celles liées à la pharmacovigilance et à la déclaration des événements indésirables.

Ce que vous apportez...

5+ années d'expérience en vente pharmaceutique

Aucune expérience préalable en gestion pharmaceutique n’est requise.

Bilingue en français et anglais requis.

Une expérience en tant que formateur en vente sur le terrain est un atout.

Diplôme universitaire. Idéalement avec l’obtention de votre titre CCPE

Excellentes compétences en communication/présentation

Une passion pour coacher les gens vers une performance maximale

Niveau inhabituel de dynamisme, d'esprit de compétition et d'expérience en matière de réussite

Comme ce poste nécessite une interaction en personne dans les établissements de soins de santé, nous exigeons une vaccination complète contre le COVID-19.

Permis de conduire valide

Connaissance des logiciels informatiques Microsoft Office, etc.

As a Sales Manager you will have the responsibility to lead and support our highly driven team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives in the promotion of products to Family Physicians and Pharmacists.


To achieve success in this position you will;

Use evidence based selling to drive sales and provide up to date product information

You will provide guidance and feedback on selling skills, product knowledge and territory management.

You will communicate to management on a regular basis the status of your team's skill development, activity and sales performance.

Action a strategic plan for your territory that incorporates reach and frequency targets

Actively participate in team meetings and proactively share best practices and field insights

Complete all administrative tasks including call reporting and expense reporting within the designated timeframes

Meet (and exceed!) your sales targets & KPI

Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting


What you bring to the table...

5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience

No previous pharmaceutical management experience required.

Bilingual in French and English required.

Experience as a field sales trainer is an asset.

University Degree. Ideally with completion of your CCPE designation

Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills

A passion for coaching people to maximum performance

Unusual level of Drive, Competitive Spirit, and Track Record of Achievement

As this position requires in-person interaction within healthcare settings we require full vaccination for COVID-19

Valid Driver’s License

Computer Software Literacy Microsoft Office etc.

Ability to travel (40%)
