Job Summary~
We are looking for a result-driven, Retail Team Lead to join our growing Retail Marketing Team. Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, coaching, and leadership skills to inspire a team of Brand Ambassadors to achieve lead generation goals. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities~
- Drive success and results in your team by living the Renewal by Andersen methodology and core values
- Set clear team goals and KPIs
- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
- Complete weekly field observations and report on metrics to Non-Traditional Management team and Brand Ambassadors
- Participate in the interviewing and onboarding process of your team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Retail Partners
- Identify training needs and provide in field coaching
- Partner with Training Supervisor to address additional training needs
- Seek feedback from team and Retail Partners and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Retail Partners
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
- Attend weekly leadership meetings
- Lead weekly debrief meetings with team
- Visit assigned retail locations weekly
Qualifications And Requirements~
- Work Schedule is Thursday – Monday
- 2 years experience in a scripted sales environment
- Thursday – Monday schedule
- Must have a valid driver license with clean driving records
- University diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable tracking and achieving growth goals
- Great time management/self-starter
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to build and maintain good report with internal and external customers and handle situations with confidence, tact and resourcefulness
- Ability to lead, motivate and promote a team environment
- Basic math and computer skills
Compensation And Benefits Package~
- $21/hour + Monthly Bonus
