Customer Service/Technical Support – Starting up to $50,000

A Lacombe company is searching for Customer Service/Technical Support, they will have core responsibilities in technical customer support. Our team based and professional work environment allows the Technical Customer Support to be the first step in helping customers. This position troubleshoots electronic components and systems with clients & technicians. In this role you need to be able to read electronic data sheets and wiring diagrams, the ability to understand electronic fundamentals, system correlations and proper phone etiquette is essential.
