Cella is searching for talented and experienced Digital Asset Managers to join our roster to help support our clients in the GTA on a contract basis. If you are passionate about digital asset management and have a strong background in this field, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize digital assets for various clients, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
• Work with Adobe Experience Manager, or other Content Management Systems to oversee the lifecycle of digital assets from creation to archiving.
• Develop and maintain file management standards and practices to ensure consistency and quality.
• Implement and manage metadata taxonomy to enhance searchability and usability of digital assets.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure seamless integration of Adobe Creative Cloud & Acrobat tools.
• Ensure that all digital assets meet organizational standards for quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital asset management systems and processes.
• Train and support team members and clients on best practices for digital asset management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems and metadata taxonomy.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud & Acrobat.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with file management standards and practices in various industries.
• Familiarity with other DAM systems and related technologies.
• Certification in digital asset management or related fields.
