With a growing demand for our services, we're looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives on challenges and is eager to grow with us.

As a Business Development Manager at Aliro, you'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Direct engagement with sales-qualified leads and managing the deal process from initiation to closing.
• Creating a comprehensive sales process with input from team members across different roles.
• Understanding each prospect's specific requirements and designing tailored agendas that deliver value.
• Collaborating closely with our Head of Marketing to deepen research on each prospect and refine our sales and marketing strategies.
• Building and nurturing strategic partnerships that broaden our market reach and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• At least 2 years of proven business dev / experience, particularly in B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong familiarity with SaaS sales process in the B2B sector.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships in a business environment.
