Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team and support their leadership team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing top-level assistance for high level executives and a board of directors. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive and board with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for executives
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings
• Provide support to the Board and several Board Committees
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of the CEO
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in an executive assistant capacity
• Prior experience providing high-level support to board, committees or other similar working groups
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders
• Ability to work under limited direction and exercise good judgement
