Role
We are looking for two full-time Administrative Assistants to join the Banking and Finance Group in our Montreal office. Reporting to the Partner in charge of the Banking and Finance Department and/or the Director of Paralegals, the candidates engaged in this position will provide administrative assistance to a dynamic team of lawyers, notaries and paralegals and play a key role in supporting high-level transactions.
Primary Responsibilities
Performs other general administrative responsibilities, such as scanning, printing and saving documents and emails, and archiving;
