Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) plus gratuities

Nestled in the heart of Esquimalt, Rosemead House is a 28-room luxury boutique hotel delivering an elevated and unforgettable guest experience. As part of the Aragon family of properties, Rosemead House is committed to impeccable service, refined elegance, and warm West Coast hospitality.
We are currently seeking an experienced and polished Bellman who understands the standards and discretion expected in a 5-star service environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch and ongoing success of one of Vancouver Island’s most distinctive hospitality offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every arrival and departure is seamless and memorable
• Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Coordinate transportation, valet, or special guest requests efficiently.
• Support front desk staff with guest services as needed
• Maintain the lobby and entrance areas in pristine condition
• Uphold the highest standards of guest confidentiality, security, and service
• Valet Parking/Services
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel or similar high-end hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of 5-star service protocols and guest expectations
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional presentation, grooming, and demeanor
• Physically able to lift and transport luggage
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Class 5 Driver’s License preferred
• Must be able to drive a standard/stick-shift car
