Who we are looking for:

On a daily basis, the Digital Marketing Manager will manage Liteline’s social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, create email blast campaigns, increase flow to website, and manage all web content. They will also delegate responsibilities to in-house web developers, content creators, and other members of the Marketing team.

The objective of the role is:

• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Liteline, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
• Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
• Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
• Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
• Lead the web development transition from current backend to new ecosystem

Reporting directly to one of the Co-Presidents, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Create and manage content for Liteline’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
• Research, track, and analyze user behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
• Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Liteline’s marketing campaigns
• Develop strategies that drive customers to the website
• Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
• Create paid campaigns on social media platforms

This is the perfect job for you, if you have/are:

• Experience in digital marketing for B2B companies.
• Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
• Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
• Ability to analyze and measure consumer metrics, reports, and trends
• Strong project management and managerial skills
• Photo and video editing skills with proficiency in photo and video editing software
• Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research is preferred
• Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
