Our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment, is looking to hire a dynamic Marketing Manager to design and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and maximize revenue for their portfolio of industrial equipment products. The Marketing Manager will lead a team of 2 direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products, increase brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition/expansion
• Lead digital marketing and website strategy, focusing on lead generation and support tools for distributor network
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales and other stakeholders to drive brand collaborations and develop website content, social media campaigns, and trade show promotional materials
• Manage and optimize online presence, including LinkedIn, Google, and other channels
• Manage the relationship and activities of 3rd Party Marketing Agencies
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically to achieve marketing objectives within allocated budgets
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or strong work experience in a related field
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM and CMS systems, collaboration tools, Google Analytics and Google Adwords
• Digital Marketing skills and experience, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify innovative marketing opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
