Description générale du rôle:

Le responsable des ventes internes et des devis est chargé de diriger et de gérer l'équipe des ventes internes afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et de fournir un service à la clientèle de qualité. Ce rôle implique de superviser la production de devis, de collaborer avec les équipes internes et de piloter le processus de vente afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'organisation.


Principales responsabilités:

Stratégie de vente :

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente interne efficaces afin de favoriser la croissance du chiffre d'affaires, la conclusion d'opportunités et l'expansion du marché.
  • Collaborer avec la direction générale pour aligner les objectifs de vente sur les objectifs généraux de l'entreprise.

Établissement de devis :

  • Superviser la création et la livraison en temps voulu de devis précis et compétitifs aux clients.
  • Veiller à ce que les devis soient conformes aux lignes directrices en matière de tarification et aux objectifs de rentabilité.

Leadership de l'équipe :

  • Diriger, motiver et encadrer l'équipe de vente interne afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et collectifs.
  • Procéder à des évaluations régulières des performances et fournir un retour d'information constructif pour le développement professionnel.

Gestion des relations avec les clients :

  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients grâce à une communication efficace et à une bonne compréhension du marché et des besoins des clients.
  • Répondre aux demandes, aux préoccupations et aux problèmes des clients de manière rapide et satisfaisante.

Collaboration interfonctionnelle :

  • Collaborer avec le marketing, la gestion des produits et d'autres départements pour garantir l'alignement des efforts de vente sur la stratégie globale de l'entreprise.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production et d'exécution afin de garantir un traitement précis et en temps voulu des commandes.

Suivi des performances :

  • Surveiller et analyser les indicateurs clés de performance (ICP) pour suivre les performances de l'équipe et des individus.
  • Mettre en œuvre des actions correctives si nécessaire pour s'assurer que les objectifs sont atteints ou dépassés.

Étude de marché :

  • Se tenir informé des tendances du secteur, des conditions du marché et des activités des concurrents.
  • Fournir des informations à la direction pour adapter les stratégies de vente en fonction de la dynamique du marché.

Amélioration des processus :

  • Identifier les possibilités d'amélioration des processus et d'efficacité dans les processus de vente interne et d'établissement de devis.
  • Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques pour améliorer l'efficacité globale de l'équipe.


Éducation:

  • Au moins une licence en gestion d'entreprise, en marketing, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.


Expérience:

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente ou la gestion des ventes internes avec un accent sur la conclusion de ventes et la génération de devis, idéalement dans une société d'éclairage.
  • Une expérience en gestion d'équipe est un plus.

General Description of the Role:

The Manager - Inside Sales and Quotes is responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. This role involves overseeing the generation of quotes, collaborating with internal teams, and driving the sales process to meet organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth, close opportunities and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.

Quote Generation:

  • Oversee the creation and timely delivery of accurate and competitive quotes to customers.
  • Ensure quotes align with pricing guidelines and profitability targets.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional development.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategy.
  • Work closely with the production and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team and individual performance.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights to leadership for adapting sales strategies based on market dynamics.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the inside sales and quoting processes.
  • Implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of the team.


Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field


Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in sales or inside sales management with a focus on closing sales & quote generation, ideally in a Lighting company.
  • Team management experience is a plus.


Software:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Epicor, CRM


Skills:

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
