The Role: As an Immigration Case Manager at Cohen Immigration Law, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Help Immigration Attorneys prepare immigration files, including filling out application forms, gathering documents, and following up with clients.
- Build knowledge about immigration pathways, policy developments, and law firm processes.
- Perform client facing work with empathy and efficiency, including drafting emails, conducting client calls, and providing status updates.
- Review application packages for correctness and completeness, before submission to immigration authorities.
- Meet assigned deadlines and communicate file updates to supervisors and Immigration Attorneys.
- Be responsible for accurately maintaining client information in our case management system.
- Collaborate with other case managers to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate: You are an enthusiastic and highly motivated worker, with strong attention to detail and communication skills. You are an advocate of immigration rights, and passionate about helping clients achieve their immigration goals. You possess the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Client service mindset with cultural sensitivity;
- Technology-savvy with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree an asset;
- Prior immigration-related work an asset; and
- Fluent in French and other languages an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay (No Immigration Experience): $45,000+ per year
Pay (3+ Years of Business Immigration Experience): $60,000+ per year
