Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, cocktail development, and staff training.
• Develop and execute creative and innovative cocktail menus that complement our culinary offerings and reflect current beverage trends.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism behind the bar.
• Manage bar staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
• Implement and enforce all relevant policies and procedures related to responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to create seamless integration of beverage offerings with the overall menu concept.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine, with a passion for creating exceptional cocktails and beverage experiences.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
