Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of Cash Management On-boarding migration projects ensuring consistency with strategy, commitments, and goals.
Project manage complex and multi-product implementations by assembling, mobilizing, and motivating teams to set direction, approach, identify gaps to lead projects to conclusion.
Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables ensuring accountability for managing allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while working within approved guidelines and scope.
Candidate will partner with and serve as the primary advocate between clients, treasury solution salesforce, implementation / servicing teams, and payments product team to answer questions, address client-specific requirements, and guide the client on-boarding experience, enabling consistency and accuracy.
Lead the planning & implementation of projects by defining scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop project plans, tasks, and resource requirements
Assemble and coordinate project staff to ensure optimum project resource allocation
Manage, plan, and track schedule project timelines using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team
Constantly monitor and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders
Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outcomes
Demonstrates ownership and accountability through a continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking ways to increase capabilities
Supports management by leading change when required in support of Bank and Client strategies.

Must-have:
Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to a fast-paced environment, as this is an intense high volume transaction role requiring above average organizational skills and a provide capacity for coping with incoming and outgoing call / email volumes
Proven technical understanding of complex file structures, connectivity and ERP platforms
