Key Responsibilities
· Develop innovative sales strategies tailored to global luxury markets.
· Lead, inspire, and grow a dedicated sales team to exceed targets.
· Forge and enhance strategic client relationships.
· Scout and capitalize on expansion opportunities both in North America and internationally.
Requirements
· At least 10 years of sales leadership experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Bachelor’s degree
· Legally able to work in Canada
