Job Responsibilities:
As the Sales Administration Manager at Uplend, you'll play a pivotal role in our success. This role provides comprehensive support to the sales team. Here's what you'll be doing:
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team through the full deal cycle from start to finish including managing client accounts and updating customer information and deal status in Salesforce.
- Process and resolve customer service inquiries including but not limited to plating packages, buyouts, updating banking information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on doc signing, insurance, void cheques, etc.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Auditing
- Conduct regular audits of sales transactions, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance with lender partner policies and procedures.
- Review invoices, insurance, payment schedules and contracts for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies or errors in sales data/ information and working with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Maintaining audit documentation and records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on audit findings to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Documentation
- Prepare client documentation request packages for various lender partners
- Ensure that all lease/ loan documentation is accurate, and compliant with company standards and regulations.
- Manage the organization and storage of sales documents, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of sales contracts, proposals, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with the sales team, internal credit department and lender partners doc teams to ensure that lease and loan documentation is correct and that all funding conditions are met prior to funding packages being submitted.
Funding
- Facilitate the funding process for sales transactions, including coordinating with finance, accounting, and banking partners.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of funding packages including but not limited to; lease/ loan agreements, Banking Information, Confirmation of Insurance, Fee Invoices, Bill of Sale, Down payment (if applicable) and or any deal specific credit conditions that must be met prior to funding.
- Track funding requests and activities, ensuring timely processing and disbursement of funds.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address funding-related inquiries and issues.
- Complete any post funding related tasks to ensure Uplend's Fee’s are paid and collected from lender partners
Qualifications, Knowledge, And Experience:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in equipment financing, banking or related industry.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
- Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree considered an asset.
