We’re looking for a talented and growth-oriented marketing senior manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our marketing team. As the Senior Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in the growth of Alchemy and our flagship brand ExoShield (getexoshield.com).
In this role you’ll be helping to shape and execute Alchemy’s marketing strategy. You’ll play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's objectives, drive brand awareness, and generate demand for our automotive products. We’re looking for a strategic thinker, creative problem-solver, and results-driven professional.
In this role you’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand growth.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the marketing team to ensure that all marketing activities support the top-level business priorities.
- Supporting the team on all aspects of digital marketing, including e-commerce, email marketing, advertising, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audiences and develop effective digital marketing strategies.
- Using various analytics tools to track performance metrics and provide insights necessary for data-driven decision-making.
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company-wide objectives.
Qualifications
The following skills and experiences will help you succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing roles (experience in a leadership position will be an asset in this role).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure campaign performance (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage personal tasks, as well as communicate and organize team deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
