We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish-speaking project manager with strong skills in project management, Payments, and cards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 3-6 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee large-scale projects within the equity markets, capital markets, and wealth management sectors.
Use your strong project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders, to drive project success.
Communicate complex concepts in a concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with the application development team to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time.
Use your experience with data and cloud technologies to drive innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on equity markets, capital markets, and wealth management.
Experience with Payments and Cards.
Experience with application development.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts in a concise manner.
Preferable experience with data and cloud technologies.
Proven relationship management skills, with the ability to establish and build healthy working relations and partnerships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Strong team management and team-building skills, with the ability to form, build, and manage effective teams.
Knowledge of leadership approaches, tools, and techniques for inspiring others and gaining their trust, cooperation, and support.
Ability to influence decisions within and outside own organization.
Ability to resolve difficult project management problems by effective application of project management principles, accountabilities, and best practices.
Ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals and teams in learning and improving effectiveness.
Knowledge of application delivery processes, including major tasks, deliverables, formal methodologies, and disciplines for delivering new or enhanced applications.
Knowledge of vendor management processes and techniques for defining a Statement of Work with a vendor and proactively managing the vendor’s progress and performance against the Statement of Work to ensure quality and timeliness in the vendor deliverables.
Ability to view the entire (cross-portfolio) platform for a project, define the interdependencies, develop an integrated project plan, monitor the progress of all components and identify/resolve impacts when the timing of components shifts.
Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for justifying a project by identifying cost, benefits, opportunities, and threats.
