POSITION: Territory Manager, Commercial HVAC

LOCATION: Toronto, ON

Our client is a leading national provider of energy solutions and they are on the hunt for a Territory Manager to sell products & services into property management/landlords of commercial buildings in the GTA.

The ideal candidate will have existing commercial sales experience, HVAC knowledge, is a hunter by nature with a go getter attitude, and lives in the GTA!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hunting sales experience in industries such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Alarm/Protection, Security & Telecommunications
• Experience selling to property management/landlords an asset
• Business Development focus coupled with a strong Account Maintenance background
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience selling high volume ticket items is ideal
• Ability to take initiative – a real go getter who can prospect and hunt
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be energetic and have a positive attitude

COMPENSATION:

• Base salary plus uncapped commission = 120-140K on target earnings in year
• Car allowance
• 3 weeks vacation
