General Description: The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will report to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing customer value through strategic integration. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless escalation and conflict resolution, ultimately facilitating smooth client renewals and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture successful client relationships
• Analyze client challenges and propose tailored solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor during key business decisions
• Advocate for clients within the organization
• Develop and present client roadmaps
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience
• Define measures of success and drive business planning
• Provide technology advisory and training to clients

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Technical Account Manager
• Experience working in an MSP, or MSSP environment
• Advanced business knowledge and acumen
• Technical training or equivalent experience
• Experience in technical troubleshooting
• Ability to engage in technical conversations with stakeholders
• Proven track record of building lasting client relationships
• Proactive and strategic thinking abilities
• Strong communication skills
