Job Description:

As a Customer Support Specialist at MedQuest Medical, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and assisting with warehouse logistics. Your duties will involve direct interaction with customers, supporting the national sales team and warehouse duties.

Your contributions within the administrative realm and your capacity to establish strong relationships with customers will directly impact MedQuest Medical's success and expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Aid the sales team in providing quotations and inventory updates.
• Effectively communicate with customers, representatives, and suppliers via phone and email.

Administration:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable for timely processing and payment.
• Utilize QuickBooks to log received products in the warehouse.
• Process purchase orders for customers.
• Generate quotes for the sales team.

Logistics:

• Process and dispatch orders promptly.
• Manage inventory for specific product lines.
• Assist with order processing, shipping documentation, and liaising with the sales and warehouse teams.
• Pack and ship orders, receive and store products in the warehouse (requiring a step ladder and occasional lifting).
• Organize the warehouse and ensure shelves are stocked.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of customer service and administration experience. Background working in a warehouse, or logistics environment is considered a plus.
• Genuine desire to resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Initiative to exceed expectations and a high level of organization with strong multitasking skills.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and use ladders when needed
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar software is advantageous.
