Overview:
As part of the Housekeeping Staff at Rosemead House, you will be a crucial member of our team, dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. Your role will ensure that our guests experience the luxurious comfort and impeccable environment that Rosemead House is renowned for.
Responsibilities:
Room Maintenance:
• Clean and tidy guest rooms and suites, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards within the allotted time frame.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Hotel Manager promptly.
Public Areas:
• Maintain cleanliness in all public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
• Ensure all public spaces are welcoming and presentable for guests at all times.
Guest Interaction:
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests, responding promptly to any inquiries or requests.
• Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Inventory and Supplies:
• Monitor and restock housekeeping supplies, ensuring all carts and storage areas are well-stocked.
• Report any shortages or inventory needs to the Hotel Manager.
Adherence to Standards:
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Adhere to Rosemead House’s policies and procedures, ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
Qualifications:
• Prior housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
