We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly organized Nightlife and Reservation Specialist Manager to oversee the nightly operations, reservations, and guest relations for our upscale nightlife venue. This role ensures the venue operates efficiently, delivers exceptional customer service, and maximizes guest satisfaction and revenue through optimized reservation management.
Key Responsibilities:
Nightlife Operations Management:
Supervise and coordinate nightly operations, including staff scheduling, floor management, and VIP guest handling.
Ensure a high-energy, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Collaborate with security, bar, and entertainment teams to ensure smooth and compliant venue performance.
Monitor crowd control, guest flow, and overall ambiance.
Reservations & Guest Relations:
Oversee all reservation processes including VIP tables, guest lists, and special event bookings.
Ensure all reservations are confirmed, prioritized, and executed according to guest preferences and venue capacity.
Maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, promoters, and concierge services.
Serve as a main point of contact for VIP guests and special requests.
Team Leadership:
Manage and train the reservations and nightlife host teams to maintain high service standards.
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support staff development.
Coordinate closely with marketing and event teams to align promotions with reservations strategy.
Administrative & Reporting:
Manage booking platforms and reservation software (e.g., Sevenrooms, OpenTable).
Track and report guest feedback for continuous service improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in nightlife, hospitality, or luxury venue management (3+ years preferred).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with reservation systems and CRM tools.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Strong knowledge of local nightlife trends and clientele preferences.
Preferred Attributes:
Existing relationships with VIP clients and promoters.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Background in event planning or high-end customer service.
