POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Manager to lead Employee Relations and HR Advisory/Administration at UFA. You are excellent at building relationships within a team and with business leaders and have a vision for effective management of the employee life-cycle.
Reporting to the Director, HR Partnerships, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners and Advisors. Specific areas of focus include workforce and career path planning, performance management, employee engagement, as well as providing ongoing employee relations guidance and support. You will also provide support to a corporate client group of your own.
