My Richmond client is seeking an Executive and Personal Assistant within the financial services industry. This role will report directly to the owner and collaborate with the team. Some key responsibilities include;
-Calendar management
-Meeting arrangements
-Filing and streamlining filing on to a new cloud based platform
-Personal filing taxes
-Arranging events, organizing catering
-Expenses and credit card reconciliation
Experience:
-3+ years in an administrative office environment
-Cantonese highly advantageous
-Proficit in Word, Excel and technically savvy
-Someone who is proactive and solution orientated
