This role is key to first impressions and overall guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience using OpenTable
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage high-volume reservations
Comfortable coordinating patio seating and waitlists
Professional appearance and communication
Weekend availability required
Responsibilities:
Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable
Control patio and indoor seating flow
Communicate effectively with management and servers
Maintain accurate wait times
Create a warm and welcoming first impression
