Responsibilities:

• Set, reset, and maintain dining room tables to restaurant standards.

• Clear and pre-bus tables throughout service.
• Refill water and assist with guest requests when appropriate.
• Polish and stock glassware, cutlery, and service equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
• Support servers, bartenders, and management with daily operational needs.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Help create a warm, professional, and welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry trays, glassware, and restaurant equipment safely.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
