As the sister concept to Touk, Mee Bar marries a nostalgic flavours with top-tier culinary standards. We are seeking driven professionals to deliver exceptional food in a premier, high-visibility venue while maintaining our core values of empathy-led, community-focused hospitality.
Responsibilities
Execute menu items with speed, consistency, and precision to meet the high-volume demands of Time Out Market.
Complete daily prep tasks efficiently and accurately to ensure seamless services.
Maintain a pristine, organized station in strict compliance with Vancouver Coastal Health food safety and temperature control standards.
Manage station inventory and communicate effectively regarding stock levels.
Operate with professionalism in a highly visible, open-kitchen food hall environment.
Qualifications
1+ years of line cook experience, with a strong preference for high-volume or fast-paced restaurant backgrounds.
Solid foundation in culinary techniques and a strict commitment to quality control.
Ability to remain composed, organized, and communicative under pressure.
A high degree of personal accountability and professionalism.
Commitment to fostering a positive, ego-free, and highly supportive kitchen culture.
