We are currently looking for applicants for full time bartender. 3+ years experience in high end cocktail crafting (modern/classic) w/ fine dining service: this means ability to dispense while simultaneously delivering top end full service over the bar counter for fine dining experience. WSET / ISG Levels on WINE and SPIRITS preferred and welcomed - regardless, a deep knowledge of spirits and passion for cocktail culture, history, classics and what makes a cocktail outstanding versus just good. Understanding of inventory, par levels, stock takes, stock rotation, labelling, organization, and impeccable cleaning ability and attention to detail. Espresso experience necessary.
