Closely partner with the lululemon loyalty team to co-create a rich vision to unlock new membership experiences in 2025 and beyond
Lead cross-functional teams (across business, technology, analytics and design) through an in-depth discovery exercise
Delivery of multi year vision, roadmap and prioritization of what matters most to achieve the strategic goals of the organization
Create human centered and disruptive experiences through Product Management, Experience Realization and Operational Excellence
Responsible for creating a strategy behind the why, when, and what (and what not) of the digital experience
Experience leading product teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations and direct and in-direct reporting relationships
Create and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our next lululemon loyalty endeavor
Make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, Voice of Guest, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting and emerging trends
Communicate across the organization to ensure alignment and clarity of what is being developed and why
Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria and KPI’s that push the product strategy forward and achieve key objectives
MUST HAVES:
5+ years of product experience with customer-facing applications or customer service applications
Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred)
Experience with digital technologies, CRM, Data platforms, CDPs, mareting technology (digital retail a plus)
Experience with building product for Loyalty and/or Membership programs
Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations
Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback
Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment
Demonstrated leadership; mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution
