This is a full-time remote role for a Retail and Golf Software Implementation Specialist. The role involves implementing and configuring software solutions for retail and golf operations, providing training and support to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Specialist will also assist in data migration, system testing, and ongoing maintenance of the software. Qualifications
Experience in retail and golf operations
Knowledge of point of sale computer configuration
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently, remotely and travel
Experience with software implementation is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
