Cardero's Restaurant is currently seeking a dynamic, energetic and experienced individual for our Guest Services team.
Must be experienced with Open Table book running and weekend availability is a must. There will be room to pick up more shifts as they get released or if shifts open up on the set schedule.

Job Overview and Requirements:
Our Guest Services play a vital role in our business. As a Guest Services team member, your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Provide all of our guests with warm, genuine & professional hospitality. Strive to consistently exceed customer expectations; Excellent customer relations skills ensure that the top-quality restaurant experience we pride ourselves in is delivered every time.
- Effectively delegate the flow of guests as they enter the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and our wait list. Be excellent at communicating and multitasking.
- Use our OpenTable booking & seating software to maximum efficacy.
- Take calls and handle any accompanying guest requests and communicating our policies. Be fluent in both spoken and written English
- Work well under pressure and be able to effectively navigate through stressful situations in a professional manner
- Work synergistically with the rest of our Front-of-House service team in order to ensure that our guests have an outstanding experience from start to finish.
